Are we moving toward a place where we desire to see more of Him and reflect more of His Glory to the world around us?

If I have a surrendered heart towards God, that means that all I have belongs to the Lord. My heart, my soul, my life, my all.

Whether you know hundreds of scriptures or just a few, his word is powerful and is even referred to as the Sword of the Spirit.

His heart for us in the place of fasting and prayer is that we would draw near and know him more intimately. Then as we pray, we pray in accordance with His will and His heart.

Fasting is a way of saying to God, and reminding ourselves, the He is our first love.
